In the ever-evolving landscape of Indonesia’s mining industry, we’re proud to announce the successful delivery and completion of one of our most ambitious undertakings to date: The CIC and Scavenger Plant Project — a process plant expansion for Merdeka Copper Gold.

The Challenge:

Expanding a process plant is no small feat. It demands robust engineering, flawless fabrication, and seamless logistics — all aligned with tight deadlines and uncompromising quality standards. Its high expectations brought the stakes even higher. And yet, we stood up to the challenge.

The Collaboration:

We joined forces with the exceptional team at Como Engineers, combining their design excellence with our manufacturing and delivery capabilities. Together, we brought this vision to life — building and delivering a total of 16 vessels, 3 tanks, process pipes, and its support structures.

Each component was meticulously fabricated to meet strict industry requirements, ensuring durability, efficiency, and safety in one of the most demanding environments.

The Delivery:

We conducted two major deliveries, both departing directly from our private jetty — a key asset that allowed us to control the logistics, minimize risk, and maintain full oversight from plant to site. The equipment was shipped directly to the project location, streamlining installation and reinforcing our end-to-end delivery capability.

The Significance:

This project marks our second major mining expansion project within the last three years — a powerful reflection of our growing expertise in this complex and high-stakes sector.
