We first started our business by doing steel structure fabrication and expanded our capabilities from there. From heavy equipment, boiler pressure parts, piping, and static equipment, we have now expanded our scope to life cycle business.
With over 40 years of experience, we maintain our reputation as a top-tier fabrication company in the local community and worldwide market. Our company commitments are trusted by our clients due to our ability to maintain the highest quality standards.
When we start of our business, our main shareholder were Jurong Energy Limited and PT Tri Usaha Bhakti. At 1998, IHI Corp. first begin their investment through the Logistic Division when we were doing a lot of Steel Structure and Container Crane projects. At that time, IHI had the purpose to expand market reach for their boiler technology for power plants all over the world.
They later did their second investment at 2002 through their Power Plan Division accumulating 45.99% share of PT IHI Power Service Indonesia, supporting us to further expand our business capability. At 2009, IHI took the decision to become the main shareholder of IPSI to increase their competitiveness in acquiring market prospects in South East Asia region.
Until now, we have expanded our business alongside IHI by giving our clients an excellent fabrication service that have supported hundreds of clients in the global market.
